• For online gift certificates, there are no discounts or other actions or offers.

Redeem an online gift certificate

Redembling an online gift certificate is simple:

• The online gift certificate can be used as a payment or partial payment of goods that you buy on Conradhasselbach.de.
• You can also purchase goods with the online gift certificate at a higher price than is shown on the voucher as an available amount, if you settle the difference with another payment method. The use of multiple online gift vouchers for a single purchase is accepted.

The highest amounts are listed in the table below. The unused amount of the online gift card can be used for further purchases on Conradhasselbach.de.

Note:

• The online gift certificate can be used by the original recipient or by a third party to which the original recipient has left the online gift certificate for personal use.
• Online gift vouchers can not be exchanged for cash, credits or other gift certificates.
• If you return goods that have been purchased through an online gift certificate, the value of the goods will be credited exclusively on your online gift certificate.

Decline

The online gift certificates automatically expire 24 months after the issue date or since their last use. Please note that the expiration of existing credit is deleted and unused amounts should not be reimbursed according to applicable law.

Loss or theft of your online gift certificate

Please treat your online gift certificate as carefully as cash. Conrad Hasselbach does not replace lost or stolen online gift vouchers and assumes no liability for stolen or lost vouchers or for purchases made with lost or stolen online gift vouchers.
