Cancel or change order

As long as your order has not yet been packaged, you can either cancel the entire order or individual articles. If you want to have another item instead, please complete a new order for this.

Cancel - step by step

Open your order overview in your customer account.

Select the order and click on "View / cancel the order".

Cancel either the entire order via "Cancel order" or individual articles via "Cancel article" and follow the further steps on your screen.

Cancellation no longer possible?

The order can only be canceled as long as the menu items "Cancel Article" or "Cancel Order Cancel" are active - then the articles are ready to ship.

However, the unwanted articles can be sent back to us after receipt within 14 days free of charge.

Note:

Unfortunately we can not undo a cancellation. Of course you can order at any time new with us.

If you have redeemed a voucher when ordering, unfortunately you can only completely cancel the order.

With completed orders, the delivery and billing address can no longer be changed. Please cancel your order in this case and order again to the new address.
