We strive to deliver your purchase within the following expected delivery times:
standard: Delivery within 2 - 4 working days.
Express: Delivery within 1-2 working days.
Delivery on the following working day, provided that the order has been received by 2:00 p.m.
Orders with the “Express” shipping options are preferred and processed as soon as you enter into our warehouse. Saturday, Sunday and public holidays do not count as working days.
Collection in the shop
We can also offer “local collection” for our Hamburg customers. Simply select our shop as a delivery address when ordering and your order is within 4–6 hours of ordering the order Klosterstern 2 ready for collection.
Please collect the goods ordered in the store within 7 working days after ordering. Orders that have not been picked up are automatically canceled and refunded.
Local delivery
We can also offer delivery by courier shipping in the Hamburg city area. Please select courier shipping as a delivery option. The delivery can take place within 2–6 hours within the Hamburg urban area.
Orders that fall on a holiday are carried out on the 2 subsequent working days. DShipping takes place from Monday to Friday between 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
There are some remote regions in which we cannot guarantee delivery within the specified periods. Please contact customer service if you suspect that you could be affected.
A confirmation of receipt is required for delivery. Therefore, please choose a secure delivery address where someone is present who can accept the delivery to sign it. If nobody can be found, the parcel service tries to submit the shipment to a neighbor or at an acceptance point and in this case it leaves a notification with all important information.
Your email address will be used by us to send you confirmation that your order has been abandoned or in the event that your transaction could not be completed.By specifying your personal telephone number, we can contact you in the event of an order problem.
You will be asked to provide a phone number when paying on the shipping page. This is important if the parcel service needs further information for the delivery. You will also be asked to provide an email address to which we will send the confirmation of your order.
In all delivery options, you can track your order from shipping to delivery to your front door. Please use the link in the shipping confirmation, which we will send you by email.If you are registered as a customer, you can also follow your packages on our website via the "My account" area.

Our free shipping offer applies exclusively to orders with standard shipping within Germany or the European Union. Gift cards, taxes and shipping costs are not added to the amount entitled to offer. To use the offer, simply place your items in the shopping cart. The free standard shipment is automatically taken into account. If you prefer a different shipping method (e.g. Express), select it at the end of your ordering process. However, this is subject to a fee (see table).
Please note that delivery fees are incurred for each individual delivery address. Orders with multiple shipping addresses are billed per address.
